Then again, I'm not.
Those of you who've been wounded by institutional religion, or had your souls smashed to fit into tiny "spiritual" boxes of man's making, I know your pain. It's just that I'm too much in love with Jesus to quit the team.
I've lived all over the U.S., but if I had my druthers and a source of steady income, I'd move to Wyoming in a heartbeat.
God has blessed me with a wonderful wife -- more than 15 years of marriage and the thought of her still makes my heart leap -- and four children who keep us on our toes.
What's with all the talking animals?
It's just the way my imagination works ... one of the ways that God made me special. I write stories about them, and I wish I could draw them. As for making them real, bringing them into the world where we live, I'll leave that to God. I am no fan of Doctor Moreau and his acolytes. |
